Visiting the spa – update about COVID-19
As the impact of COVID-19 unfolds, we want to assure all clients that we are closely monitoring and acting on Government advice in order to continue to provide a safe and comfortable salon environment.
We always adhere to stringent hygiene methods and procedures, including having a hospital grade sterilising unit. We have now further increased the frequency of cleansing throughout the spa and sanitise surfaces and equipment in treatment rooms before each client treatment. We are also asking clients to wash or sanitise hands on arrival and have plenty of hand sanitiser throughout the spa for client and staff use.
While the next few weeks and months may provide us all with various challenges, we aim to make things as easy as possible for you when booking and visiting us, especially if we can help you de-stress and keep calm at this time.
With this in mind, we are
- Waiving our cancellation policy so no fees will be due if you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice because you or someone close to you feels unwell or you have to self-isolate, or you simply decide it’s in your best interest to stay at home.
- Offering free postage on orders over £50 if you want to buy products but want to avoid travelling to the spa.
- Extending expiry dates by 3 months on all gift cards and monetary vouchers due to expire during March, April or May 2020 and any new ones issued during the same period.
